How to use both non peroxide gels - you will get great results - good luck xx

Just had a call (one of many) asking how the non peroxide works? So here goes this is how to get the best out of the products:-

P3 Green (sparkly)
Firstly place the mouth retractor into the mouth, then inside the sealed blue packet you will find a finger tooth brush (oral b brush up). Placing it over your finger, using the blue side, spray the desensitiser 3 times. Then rub over teeth for approx. 1 minute. Once done place a small pea size amount of P3 on to the back of your glove and get your micro brush at the ready. Spray 2 more squirts of the desensitiser on the figure brush up. Now rub the teeth quite vigorously until you get a really good foam build up. The success of this is that you must get as much foam as possible on to the teeth. Then working quite quickly brush the p3 over the foam. It is the chemical reaction between the foam and the p3 that makes it work.
Put the light in from of the mouth as quickly as possible, leave for 10 minutes.
Remove product from the teeth using a cotton wool roll.
Again place the P3 onto the back of your glove, one spray of the desensitiser will be enough this time to build up a good foam. Always use the same figure brush up. Once you have a good foam again as quickly as possible brush your p3 over the teeth.
Again leave for 10 minutes under the lamp
Remove product from the teeth
Repeat the above.
10 minutes under the lamp

You should only need to do 3 x 10 minutes sessions but a 4th can be done if necessary.

P3 Blue (white)
Firstly place the mouth retractor into the mouth, then inside the sealed blue packet you will find a finger tooth brush (oral b brush up). Placing it over your finger, using the blue side, spray the desensitiser 3 times. Then rub over teeth for approx. 1 minute.
Leave for approx. one minute then wipe any excess that is still on the teeth. Once done place a small pea size amount of P3 on to the back of your glove and brush the P3 over the teeth.
Put the light in front of the mouth as quickly as possible, leave for 15 minutes.
Remove product from the teeth using a cotton wool roll.
Again place the P3 onto the back of your glove, brush your p3 over the teeth.
Again leave for 15 minutes under the lamp
Remove product from the teeth
Repeat the above (if necessary)
You should only need to do 2 x 15 minutes sessions but a 3rd can be done if necessary.

Please do not use desensitiser on the second session.

hi everybody 1st of all i would like to thank claire for starting this forum im sure that everybody can benefit from giving information to each other.when the non peroxide first came in i think we were all a bit sceptic about it i use the p3 green and i find it great,its a lot easier than putting gum barrier on and the client has no sensetivity.the only thing i would recommend is do 3x 15min sessions it just seems to get that extra lift especially for smokers.i am averaging 12 to 14 shades whiter so that cant be bad.
